"We had to cancel our reservation the day before due to family care conflict. We were devastated but figured our plans were shot. Long story short we were able to proceed with our concert and although we canceled within the 24hr window, the Gateway hotel refunded us our original canceled reservation, booked us another room with no hassle at all.

We really like the porch with wicker furniture outside our room.
