"La maison est parfaitement situé, en pleine ville et tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied. Elle est très calme, nous y avons dormi profondément. Et on peut manger dehors avec vue sur la mer. Mais le meilleur de cette location est Ioannis, notre propriétaire, toujours accueillant, prévenant. Il nous a donné plein de bons conseils, était toujours attentif à ce que cela se passe bien pour nous. Vraiment ce séjour était un régal."

L'ancienne bergerie, se trouve sous la maison de l'hôte et la vue est accessible via leur terrasse à laquelle vous avez accès. Cuisine minimale pour un long séjour mais taverne locale à 5min à pied très sympathique. La maison est calme et coupée du monde car nous sommes à 5km de Batsi où vous trouverez tous les commerces."

"The house is located in an old village. Quietness is guaranteed, parking nearby no problem. In the evening you can sit nicely on the terrace. The house has two kitchens - one with gas and one with electric stove. The house is a bit outdated and could use some updating. Although it is relatively large, use with four people is limited. The second bedroom is located in the middle of the house and does not have its own air conditioning. As a result, it is very stuffy in this room at night....

It has a wonderful terrace with the best view thinkable. 30 steeps down you reach the 100 meter wide private beach equipped with sun chair’s, a parasol and a 2 person’s kayak. Yannis, the owner of the house is a super host who will do anything possible to make your stay the best. We had a absolute great time in this jewel."

"We stayed for six days in this apartment in April 24 after having visited Athens. The apartment this beautifully presented and is extremely well equipped. The roof terrace is a lovely space to watch the world go by in the sunshine and we liked the collection of restaurants available in Gavrio all within walking distance. There’s a supermarket a couple of doors down. We wanted for nothing. Denise, the owner, is very caring and was on hand to help with whatever we needed and met us off the ferry...

"Malgré des difficultés pour arriver ( report des vols à cause de la COVID-19 ), Stamatis a été parfait tout au long du processus de réservation, et sa mère qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement a été très disponible pour nous aider. We were mislead based on the pictures and description of the property. It was listed as a stand alone whole property and turned out to be a hotel. It listed a 8 minute walk to batsi but was at the top of a mountain and virtually unwalkable and over an 8 minute drive! It listed a kitchen but barely had a kitchenette....

"Our stay at the Villa Dialogoi was absolutely wonderful. Krista and Panos were wonderful and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Checked in on us, made sure everything was smooth, and we had everything we needed. The house maid was fantastic, super friendly and we never missed anything in the house. "We stayed at the Villa for a family holiday with children, teens and grandparents. The pool and the outside area is perfect for a big group where people may want to find their own spaces to relax in the sun. All of the bedrooms are lovely with clean white bedding and comfortable mattresses.
