Additionally, there is an office area, a convenient WC, and a double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. The retro-style kitchen is fully equipped, self-contained, and includes a dining table and a sitting area. On the first floor, you'll find another inviting living area with a small kitchenette, a washing machine, and a compact refrigerator. For those seeking added privacy, this level has a separate entrance.

Approximately 4 km away lies the quaint Hora, where you'll discover fashionable shops, excellent restaurants, bars, and notable museums, including one of Greece's renowned modern art museums. You can easily access the beach via the pathway, which also features a beach bar. Additionally, there is a taverna just a minute's walk uphill from the villa.
