Villa Ketty is a dwelling with swimming pool for relaxing vacations in Lower Salento, in Andrano.
The villa accommodates groups of up to 15 people, as it has a sleeping area consisting of as many as 6 rooms of different types, all with en suite shower rooms, air conditioning, TV and wi-fi internet.
Also present are electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, mosquito nets, outdoor shower and barbecue. Cribs available upon request.

Villa Ketty offers ample common space among all guests of the property.
In fact, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers for sunbathing and an outdoor shower, there is also a relaxation room with a fireplace and TV, a livable kitchen and a barbecue for grilling.
The sleeping area consists of 6 rooms, including 4 doubles, 1 quadruple and 1 triple, all self-contained and independent, partly on the ground floor and partly on the second floor.

Villa
Ketty is located in the built-up area of Andrano, a small town in Lower
Salento just a few kilometers away from the Salento coastline.
The
center of the town is within walking distance, as are all the main
services that are within easy reach. Andrano`s marina, with Grotta Verde
and Cala dell`Acquaviva, is between 3 and 5 km away, just 5 minutes by
car.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from April to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 55 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
