We called tech support and they provided the phone number to the owner, she called us after a bit and was very apologetic about the mix-up with the entrance to the VRBO. "We had a great stay over memorial day weekend! Check in and check out was one of the easiest processes of any BNB I've stayed at. Great convenient location with easy walking distance to the T and Collete Bakery. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is, but that's not really a big deal. We had no issues at all and the host was very communicative with us! Highly recommend for a stay in Boston!"
