Holiday Home 'Family Home à 400 m de la plage Mauret' with Garden and Wi-Fi

Renovated in 2021, our house offers a garden and two terraces (one facing the courtyard, one facing the garden). Located in the Mauret district, it's just 400 m from the Bassin beach and local shops: bakery, fish market, greengrocer, wine shop, hairdressers, and restaurant. You can easily get around by bike thanks to the cycle path along the coast. Enjoy seaside walks, swimming at high tide, and a small playground on the beach for children.



Please note: Bed linen is not included but can be provided for an extra fee.



The space

Bright 67 m² house with a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine (capsules not provided), filter coffee maker, and Italian coffee maker. Two bedrooms open onto the living area, and one bedroom is upstairs. Courtyard with barbecue and dining space. Garden with terrace and parking for two cars. No air conditioning, but a fan is available. You also have Wi-Fi, a washing machine, TV, dedicated workspace, and outdoor shower. Electric heaters in the dining room, bathroom, and each bedroom, plus an extra oil heater. Baby bed, toys, and children's books available. Easy self check-in. Pets allowed (maximum 2, extra fee applies).



Note: No air conditioning. The upstairs bedroom is under the roof and can get hot in warm weather.



Single beds are 90 x 200 cm, double beds are 140 x 200 cm.



Other information

The gate door is difficult to open; sometimes you need to push with your foot. Events are not allowed on the property.
