Half bathroom – located on lower level.
Guest room #1, located on lower level, queen bed, large closet, dresser, bathroom with shower (no tub), sliding door deck access.
Guest room #2 located upstairs, queen bed, large closet, sitting area with table, dresser.
Guest room #3 located upstairs, two twin beds, large closet, dresser, TV.
Upstairs bathroom- located upstairs, Jack-and-Jill style sinks/vanities, bathtub/shower combo.
Deck- sliding door access from guest room and living room, patio chairs, BBQ grill, view of Stariski Creek, Cook Inlet and the mountains beyond.

NOTE: The only access road to this property is short but steep, and drivers must cross a one-lane bridge with no guardrail. Welcome to your Alaska adventure! Yield to oncoming traffic, be patient, and rest assured, the residents in the neighborhood traverse safely daily. Plenty of parking space at the house.
