"Room was relatively clean, there were some things that were definitely missed, but overall was good. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and cleaning staff was still working which may have been a rushed cleaning job and that’s why things were potentially missed. The location was perfect for our family and we’re already planning our next trip back. "

"The rooms are spacious and convenient. The beach and gardens are beautiful. They offer free breakfast delivered to your room each day at your chosen time. There is also a free bus that hooks up with the trolley system downtown. I could not recommend this place enough. We loved it!"

"Room was clean, garden tub was AMAZING with the cooler weather. It was our first visit to St Augustine and the beginning was a bit bumpy but the manager Joe and his staff made our stay an incredible one!!! The guys making the fresh “made to order” breakfast were great and the front desk people were super friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will personally stay again if we come back to St Augustine!"

"This bed and breakfast was a wonderful experience. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The living and breakfast area had a wide open view of St Augustine beach. The rooms had a romantic getaway atmosphere. Each morning at 9 the staff prepared and delivered an amazing breakfast. The staff was so kind and accommodating. And probably the best part is that no children are allowed so it’s so peaceful. Would definitely go back. "
