Luksuriøs Condo med 2 soveværelser Korteste gang til Disney

Gorgeous åben koncept hoved stue med fuld køkken, spisestue og stue. Køkkenet har alle nye rustfrit stål apparater, granit bordplader, travertin backsplash & brugerdefinerede skabe. Spisestue med plads til 4 personer med ekstra siddepladser i granitbordet. Familieværelse har overdimensioneret sovesofa med 47 'LCD-tv med kabel. Hi-Speed trådløst internet og gratis US Nationwide, Canada telefontjeneste. Lige lige ved køkkenet er der en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i fuld størrelse til gæstebrug sammen med et halvt bad.

Værelserne ligger på anden sal. Et soveværelse med Cal-King-dobbeltværelse med en-suite og et børneværelse med fuld over køjeseng. Der er et gangen badeværelse med bruser / badekar combo. Soveværelserne har opgraderet tæppe med laminat hårdt trægulve i resten af huset. Alle værelser har 43 'tv

Der er klapvogne, høj stol, pakke n 'play og forstærkersæde til dit spædbørn og småbørn. Queen size luftmadras til rådighed i hjemmet til ekstra sengetøj. Hjemmet har central luft og varme. På bagsiden gårdhaven er der en grill med gårdhave. Dette samfund har flere pools og legepladser og handler om en 5-minutters gang til Disneyland-trikken på Magic Way.

Fra 1. januar 2017 har byen reduceret belægning i alle hjem. Dette hus er 6 sovepladser i senge og har en MAKSIMAL BEGRUNDELSE er 7 PÅ enhver tid.

No A/C for 4 Days!!
During the hottest time of the year when the high was 107° and the low was in the high 70s. We reached out about the air issue and was told to reach out maintenance. After coolers were delivered the house was closed up and Rooms were over 95° when we arrived the coolest we could get the room was 89° the next morning when we left for the half marathon. We were instructed to contact maintenance again. Maintenance was called a few times but never answered or called back. As a renter booking through VRBO we were appalled that it was our responsibility to request repair. We reported lack of maintenance response and no attempts from ownership was made to hire an HVAC company to address the issue. Being in the HVAC repair industry I was confident the issue wasn’t about the unit struggling to keep up because it was cycling on and off every few minutes and blowing warm air. We advised our contact of that but it was disregarded. Our daughter spent her 14th birthday sleeping in wet/heat. We were beyond disappointed with how the situation was handled and no offer of refund or credit was offered.

We stayed here to visit DisneyLand which is 5-10 minutes walk away. The neighborhood is calm. The dedicated parking for one car helps a lot.

Short walk to Disneyland
Cute condo just a short walk from Downtown Disney. We were able to go to Disneyland and California Adventures then walk back to the condo for lunch and then walk back to finish our day at the the parks. Super convenient for anyone going to Disneyland or California Adventures.

Great stay!
The host runs a tight ship (which I appreciate) and everything was orderly and comfortable. My only complaint is how dark the master bedroom is; I would have appreciated a floor lamp or overhead lighting. Other than that, great!

Great Location to Disneyland
The location was the best part of this property. It was very close to walk to Downtown Disney. Easy parking spot at the complex. Had strollers to use but we didn't need them. The complex itself was rundown. There was a huge hole in the attic space above the unit that looked like it led into the upstairs master crawl space. There was a metal screen door that had no handle and did not work. The condo was clean. It was stocked with the bare minimum. And there were excessive notes on how much things were going to cost if you lost something or broke it. It made us nervous to use anything because we did not want to get charged. Again, great location to Disney, easy to check in and out, just not the nicest complex.

Perfect location
For going to Disney, unless you’re staying on property, you couldn’t possibly be closer than these condos. Literally across the street from downtown Disney. Perfect for a family of 5-6, and cheaper than two hotel rooms while giving you a lot more space, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, pool, etc. This exemplifies what VRBO is all about.

Surprise Disneyland Visit for the Kids
We surprised our kids with their first trip to Disneyland/CA Adventure and this place was perfect! There were no signs of Disneyland from the way we entered the property and were able to walk to the park and slowly reveal where we were! It we enjoyed the close location and were able to walk to both parks and Downtown Disney with ease. The location allowed visuals of the fireworks each night which was also a big plus. The condo was clean and spacious, allowing everyone to have their own bathroom. We loved taking a break by the pool and eating our dinners on the patio. It was also a quick 30 minute drive the ocean. We couldn't have asked for a better location for a lovely vacation. Thank you!

Great location, great host.
The location can not be beat. The property is as described, but could use some deep cleaning and some repair. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend the property. Communication with host and the check in process was very good, everything that was required of us was well documented.

Excellent location and the interior was well done & supplied
It was an excellent location and the renovations that were done on the inside as well as the supplies that were provided ensured that we were able to live comfortably while still enjoying our vacation at the local theme parks (Disneyland and Universal).

Nice condo!
Location of this condo couldnt be better if you're going to Disneyland. For our family the place worked perfectly. Would like another light in the master bedroom but definitely not a deal breaker. We would certainly stay here again!

Old and musty
Couldn’t get the door open. A stroller was preventing the door from opening. Stairs are narrow and steep. Only one night stands and lighting was extremely limited. Shower door only opens about 30 degrees. You have to squeeze past the toilet then open the shower door and squeeze through Some upgrades like washer and dryer but in general everything is old. It had a musty smell. The pool access did not work. It clearly is not worth what we paid.

Good home and location!
We really enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed our time at this house in Anaheim. The space of the home and location were exactly what we needed. While the home was slightly outdated in some areas (ex: we couldn't get a few outlets to work, but nothing of a big deal at all), everything was clean, in place and great for when we were there. All of the important things we were very satisfied with. The management and communication was exceptional. From the emailed instructions and details prior to the trip and then the texts to start and throughout the trip were extremely helpful and great to have easy access to at all times. We recommend this location and will definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Stay
This is a great alternative to spending too much money at the hotels and motels on Harbor Street. The VRBO was clean and safe. It was a short walk to the Pixar Parking Lot and/or Downtown Disney. You can choose to take the tram from the Parking Lot, or walk through DTD. I would stay here again. As with everything, there were some minor inconveniences, but they aren't worth mentioning because they did not distract from the overall experience.

Great for Disneyland stay with family and friends
My husband and I booked this location with friends as part of a Halloween Horror Nights/Oogie Boogie Weekend of fun. We didn't attempt to walk to Disney from the house, but it is very close and somewhat closer than a lot of hotels that market themselves as close. It was about a 3-5 min drive to the Pixar and Mickey & Friends parking structure. However, the house was slightly difficult to find initially, especially when we arrived late in the evening. I had to walk around a few times to locate the condo, as it doesn't face the parking lot. The condo area is kind of rough-looking (in need of fresh paint), but it's still fine. We spent zero time outside other than walking to and from cars, so it wasn't that big of a deal and no one bothers you. Inside the condo was nice. We didn't have any issues with the AC, since it was kind of warm for late October and we used it sparingly keeping the temp at 73 degrees. The condo was clean, had a super easy check-in process, had a good supply of towels available, and fit our needs. There were strollers, games, and a high chair available for little ones, although we didn't bring any kids with us on this trip. Overall, the condo served our purposes. If we stayed longer than three days, we may have used more amenities, but it was just nice to have a more home-like space to spend time with our friends outside of the parks.
