Prior to 9:45 this morning I would have given this hotel 3/5 stars.
Great location, clean rooms. The pillows are very soft( 0 neck support). The walls are paper thin. I did not sleep through one night because of the people next to us (yelling, laughing, loud tv’s), I know the hotel can’t do much about this.
Why I will NEVER come to this hotel.
Check out is 11:00am. On our last day, we loaded the car, and left the hotel to have some breakfast. WE DID NOT CHECK OUT. We were going to come back to relax and to do a quick sweep to make sure we did not forget anything prior to check out
When we came back, we found housekeeping in our room. She has already started cleaning as the tv was turned on to some show, and the towels were put away. We asked her why she was there and she was confused as she thought we had checked out.. we asked if we could go in and she said no, we asked if there was anything left and she said no. We then explained that we had not checked out and we wanted to make sure we didn’t forget anything ( because at this point how were we supposed to relax in our room when she had already started to clean) we checked the room and thank God we didn’t forget anything.
At this point we had to actually check out. When I went to the service desk, I asked if something happened with check out, she said no and that we were technically still checked in. We explained what happened and she said sorry and that she would check the system. That’s not enough for me.
