Guests will have complete and private access to the entire house, including all bedrooms and bathrooms. This also includes exclusive use of the game room, the expansive private yard, and the brand-new saltwater pool and spa. The Neighborhood:

7 minutes to Disneyland, 15 minutes to Knott's Berry Farm, 30 minutes to Universal Studio, 25 minutes to the beach. Lots of restaurants, shopping and convenient stores nearby.



No street parking all the time and you will be responsible for parking tickets for any street parking violation. The street sweeping time is Thursday afternoon.



Getting Around:

Walking distance to some local stores and restaurants. Uber ride is recommended to go to theme parks.

- Quiet Hours are enforced by the County of Orange and are observed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, including the game room, at all times.

- This includes tobacco, vaping, marijuana, or any other drugs.



- **Maximum Occupancy and Pricing**:

- Maximum occupancy is 18 guests, with infants under 2 not counted toward the headcount.

- The initial daily price is for 12 people, with an additional guest fee of $30 per guest per night, up to a maximum of 18 people.

- No additional visitors are allowed without host approval.

- Minimum booking age is 21 years old.

-We received notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behaviors and allowing unregistered guests into our properties. The cameras are on front yard, back yard and side yard. We have access to recorded footage at all the time.

- Noise Monitoring: Devices installed at the front door and backyard to monitor noise levels and alert property managers if decibel levels exceed normal limits.



- **Pool and Spa Heating Fees**:

- Optional pool heating fee:

- Winter months (Nov-Feb): $150 for the first day, $60 per additional day.

- Warm months (Oct, March, April, May): $100 for the first day, $40 per additional day

- Summer months (Jun - Sept): $60 for the first day, $30 per additional day.

- Spa heating is available at $10 per hour, after 2 hour complimentary per day. It is strongly recommended to use the spa only in winter months for energy conservation.
