First of all, they don’t have hand towels, they are supposedly environmental friendly, but when you ask for hand towels, you are ask to use the little paper box with paper towels in it. On the second day, we got home to our room, with the beds being made, but we were missing bath towels, towel for the bathroom floor and even though we made them aware that there was no hand soap nor shampoo left, none of that where...

"Very nice hotel with great service and parking available. There is "only" 1 restaurant though and not 3 and it is quite pricy for the region. The bar / smoking area is very nice with a good view however as stated, it is a smoking area so be advised if you go for a drink your cloths will stink :P There are 2 smaller mini markets in the area which is walkable in 2 minutes and the hotel is also close to many malls and other interesting places and the airport.
