"TOUSUMI was an incredible experience. It was in a great location, surrounded by great restaurants, stores, and subway stations, and was easily accessible and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned excellently and the staff even went above and beyond to ensure cleanliness and assist us with our inquiries. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. The facilities were spacious, well-thought out, modern and minimalist, and comfortable, with appropriate amounts of AC/heating as well as a...

"Receptie locatie was bij aankomst beetje verwarrend maar verder was alles uitstekend. Unieke sfeer, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Bad was ruim en heerlijk."

"客房整齊清潔，窗戶景觀開闊，感覺很舒適。設施齊備尚可，沒有衣櫃，掛勾少，垃圾桶細和少。澡堂乾淨舒適自在，氛圍很好。職員親切友善，服務細心。酒店位置極佳，鄰近運河城及博多站，附近也有不少食店(旁邊有兩間屋台)，便利店和24小時藥妝居。旁邊就是地鐵站和巴士站，到哪裡都方便。"

"We booked a standard double room with 1 queen bed in a non smoking room, this hotel is in a great location with Hakata station being a 5 minute walk away making it easy to get to other destinations. The room had a well designed layout, excellent powerful shower, and there was plenty of room in the breakfast area which had a noodle station. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. An excellent hotel and I would stay here again."

"とにかく狭い…"

"Just 10 mins to Hakata Station if walking. The staff were nice and polite. Shops and canal city in walking distance. The room was very spacious and the shower was great. The room had a mild odor which was taken care of by the supplied air freshener. The pillows were pretty hard. Other than that, it was a good stay."

"壁掛けテレビの向きが悪く向きを調整出来ると嬉しいです。"

"Although the building is a little bit aged, however, the service and the staff are excellent. I was checked out for one day to another hotel. I left my luggage at the hotel when I was out for one night, the next day when I checked in again, my luggage is already delivered to my room. I’m so surprised and the staff is very helpful."

"깔끔하고 좋네요 일본에서 찾기힘든 방사이즈와 가격입니다"

"Perfect hotel for large group. I have to say this hotel totally meet the standards. Room can be a little bit small for like 3+ but cleanness, modern design and efficiency in terms of check-in and out. This hotel owner knows what he/she is doing. Just for friendly reminder, I did not see a lot of foreigners there. I think it is cater to the local community. There is a degree of self reliance and "japanese standard" within mean foreigners need to plan ahead, follow directions and do what local...
