Fine hotel and good size of room. Very few amenities but reception could supply with toothbrush. My biggest problem was the bed. It was too soft for my taste. One side espicially, so I had to use other side. Seems old mattress. Breakfast was very good and nice selection. Good gym.

Very good standard. Transport with hotel shuttle bus was super nice and on time! Hotel was very comfortable and the corona measures were perfect.

Really really nice - but Wifi wasn't all nice
Really really nice - but I had problems with Wifi -both connection/stability and speed... As I only stayed there 1 night I didn't even want to deal with this and confront the clerks. I assume that a hotel like this has a many access points, for a good signal through all walls, in all rooms.

This is an airport hotel with a shuttle to the airport. So, it is located not within walking distance to the hotel. Otherwise very comfortable with a very nice staff.

The room was nice and spacious, took a minute to figure out the card for the lights. They obviously need to get a larger or multiple shuttle vans because they were overloaded, but we do appreciate having the transport.

Not happy about the shuttle bus service. I stayed 5 nights. The shuttle bus missed twice. One night I waited more than an hour (from 6pm to 7:30pm) and call the front desk 3 times but no one picked up the phone, I took the tax back to hotel. The other night, the shuttle bus came later which caused bus overloaded and bus driver drove the bus dangerously fast that I felt the bus would overturned when made a turn. It was a horrible experience. Other than shuttle bus, other service are OK.

Bed too soft. Airport shuttle starts at 6AM which doesn't help for a 7AM flight. Told to take a taxi for 20-30 euros!! Need adapters, no USB ports in room. Furniture old & scratched, ripped upholstery. Shuttle limit 23 people; yes- terday I was on a shuttle with 28 people & was hit in the head with luggage. 10 euros an hour extra for early check in, no refund for 6 hour early check out!! Won't stay or recommend this hotel!!!

House keeping is not to the hotel standards. Garbage was not taken out. Coffee and tea tray were empty and did not get the bottle water. Once we changed room the safe and the fridge were not in working condition. The house keeping was up to near par.

The toilet in the room was now clean, brown streaks all about. Also the toilet was not even flushed. The food at the gourmet restaurant on the main floor was absolutely inedible.

Très bel hôtel, réceptionnistes souriants et accueillants. Belle chambre avec plein d'équipements sympa (réfrigérateur, coffre, fer à repasser, 2 sèche cheveux, une bouilloire,...). La bagagerie, le bar restaurant,... La navette entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel super pratique. La seule chose dommage, c'est que j'avais envoyé un message via Expedia et un autre par mail pour prévenir que nous ne serions pas présents la 1ère nuit. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse à aucun des deux messages, à la réception ils ne les voyaient pas, et l'hôtel avait shooté la réservation.

The airport shuttle operates on the half hour, masks not required as stated on their website. Shuttle to hotel is a 10 minute ride. Restaurant at hotel is the only nearby option to dine and is expensive, but good food. Located adjacent to KLM offices.
