Meget slidt og ikke rent hotel. Ikke normalt NH.
Hotellet er helt vildt slidt og ikke særlig rent. Dertil er det vildt meget larm - både fra fly, biler og hotellet generelt. Morgenmaden var fin dog.

Vi fik mere end det vi forventede
Sightseening tur med venner. Dejligt med et hotel tæt ved lufthavnen. God anvisning af transport til byen. Der var langt til byen - men ikke noget problem. Det var let at finde ud af offentlig transport. Fin restaurant, men maden var ikke så varm. Fantastisk morgenmad - specielt dejligt med kokken der lavede æg. Vi fik mere end det vi forventede.

Good hotel near airport
We stayed one night before catching our flight next morning. Good size room, clean, nice beds and a water cooker ( nice when you are a tea drinker) Restaurant is not that cozy to sit in and the food is okayish. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle bus to airport which works really good approx 10 min drive.

Not a good stay - normally it’s a lot better
I have stayed there a lot and normally I have a renovated room - this is from now on only option. The standard room has beds with really poor quality. Food was even for a hotel way below standard. McDonalds on the other side of the road would have been a better option. It seemed like my spa ribs was heated in a microwave and it didn’t had anything to do with spareribs. Rarely I get this disappointed even though I know it’s also difficult for the hotels during COVID-19. It’s time like this it would be nice if a hotel would do more to make you feel appreciated - you are not a guest if it’s not absolutely needed.

Dejligt hotel med god morgenmad.
Godt hotel med god service. In-check tog længere tid end forventet. 15 min for 4 mand. Morgenmad var rigtig god og over middel for et lufthavnshotel.

Amazing airport hotel with great service. We’ve been travelling around the world and stayed at many different hotels but this was the first hotel that we stayed where we got a ‘knock on our door’ after we checked-in and to our surprised, one of the employee ‘Liam’ was making sure that there was no problem with the room and the checked-in. Amazing service as we used to hotels which would just asked us to call or let them know if there’s any problem with the room. We also dined at the restaurant in those hotel and enjoyed the food that we ordered which were Caesar salad with chicken that we shared as an entree, followed with their steak and fish dinner. Generous portions and high quality. The girl that served us was very friendly and informative about their drinks and foods. I think she came for Latvia. All in all we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and highly recommended for tourists who wants to stay near airport with regular and reliable free shuttle!

Friendly staff. Free airport shuttle, though the shuttle can get packed especially from the airport to the hotel. It needs to be reserved in advance when going from the hotel to the airport. It runs every 30 minutes.

Great stay. Arrived 6:30am from US. Staff allowed an early checkin for a reasonable fee and I was able to catch up on my sleep before heading out the next day on a regular er ruined from Amsterdam.

Hotel is Ok for condition of rooms etc. Free shuttle bus to the airport is useful. However there is no restaurant or room service available after 2200. This is a big gap for an airport hotel where guests may arrive late in the evening.

I enjoyed the stay at this NH hotel. My only issue with this hotel was that I had to pay an early check in fee, which was beyondmycontrolfor getting there so early. Flights from the US usually arrive in Europe early morning so I either had to wait until 3pm to check in or pay the early check in fee. Keeping in mind there is also a time difference. I would have appreciated it if some consideration was given. Initially I was told that the room may not be available but when I paid the early fee I got a room. I paid the fee because it was a long flight and I needed to rest.

It was terrible. The room was ice cold in the middle of the winter. We called the front desk and they told you do started in a different way than written instructions. Regardless, it never got warm. When we left the room we felt like we should have slept in the hallways. The checkin took over an hour and they didn’t put the Credit card on file so we had to go downstairs to pay for room service.
