The welcoming lobby and staff, and attention to detail (real coffee cups in the lobby, to-die-for banana bread at breakfast) make this motel a must. "We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and only wished we could have stayed longer. Lodge and the surroundings were beautiful. Even had an opportunity to cast a line in the pond and sat outside our room in the evening and watched the wildlife. The restaurant was closed due to a boiler issue but Max was a great host and provided us recommendations for dinner. Close to the airport was another big plus. Hope to have the opportunity to stay here again."
