"This was our 2nd stay at this property and our 6th or 7th stay in the Plantation area of Amelia Island. Great place for a secluded beach getaway in Fall/Winter that’s not overly touristed out. The Shipwatch unit is very spacious for our group of 4-5 and is beach-facing. We also like the proximity to the eating/shopping options like Marche Burette."

"Our host was very informative about our stay with directions and the gate app to enter property. The condo was clean, spacious and had a great view. We had everything we could possibly need. The only negative that was not the host’s fault was the bathrooms by the pool were locked. We enjoyed our stay!!"

Construction was not disclosed - unbearable noise starting at 815 am and scaffolding left very limited parking requiring to park in tow away zone with poor communication of this with check in instructions; sofa torn and mentioned in other review from awhile ago and host lied about it just happening wanting to replace sofa during our stay but never happened.
