"The property is going through a renovation to the open area/dining area. The renovation prevents internal walking between the checking area/front desk to the rooms without walking outside. Not really an issue since we really didn’t need the front desk. The renovations should be completed soon (2024). The complementary breakfast is served without too much of an impact. It’s a little tighter but works. Booking through Expedia or third parties prevents points counting towards the Marriott...

This gorgeous, Victorian-style home is beautifully appointed and conveniently located close to the beach as well as amazing restaurants and an adorably walkable downtown area. -- The home itself is elegant and comfortable with an atmosphere that is quietly romantic. "The accommodation is a stone's throw from the beach, sheltered by lovely by dunes, and has one of the most inviting pools I've seen at any motel. The room/suite my friend and I shared is a good size. The kitchenette is adequate. The stove is old, however, and takes forever to heat up. All in all,we were satisfied with it, and enjoyed our stay, though we found the price, for weekdays in May and without breakfast, a bit on the expensive side. "

"Great staff, and each unit is owned by different people, but that said- unit 326 has peeling wallpaper, the toilet didn't work when we arrived, lights had burned out bulbs and the screen door was off the track and blew over on My mom's back. But the people were great and quick to remedy the issues they could. But the DVD still worked intermittently and the master bedroom had spots that were primed but not painted yet. Not so cozy."

"Good basic place - value. Room is sizable and had a great view to the sea. Location was amazing in regard to just crossing the street and then you were on the beach. Basic breakfast. Friendly staff."

"Every ding of the elevator can be heard in the room as well as conversations from people in the hallway. Pullout couch bed is very uncomfortable. Needed to put mattress on the floor and buy a foam topper at Walmart so that our daughter could sleep on it. Great location and excellent breakfast buffet were appreciated. Staff is very helpful. "
