"Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss."

"This tiny house was perfect for our short stay on a long trip from Nelson to MT Cook. The beach, just a short walk down the path, was incredible. The house had a comfortable bed and bathroom, and the sound of waves lulled us to sleep."

"Beautifully located next to Mt Richardson DOC area with lots of forest walks at your doorstep. The property is huge and great for adventures for little kids (away from screens). The house is warm and beautifully recently decorated. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. There is no internet available and therefore no smart TV access (not necessarily a bad thing but notable). Would love to stay again in the summer months. "

"Great location, close enough to dip into Chch if wanted, but perfectly positioned to enjoy all North Canterbury has to offer, with wineries, rivers and beaches, a stones through away. Positioned in the heart of a friendly community with plenty of Cafe and dinning options within walking distance. Loved the private deck and backyard along with the bonus of the pool table for some friendly family competition. Highly recommend - great character!"
