"Checked in, met the staff (who were fantastic), met the mosquitoes (who were even more numerous), and checked out. The hotel was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, and the room had all the basics. Unfortunately, it also came with what felt like an all-inclusive mosquito experience. After an island-wide power outage and a losing battle with the local mosquito community, we decided our vacation could be better spent elsewhere. Five stars for the staff. "The place was nice and clean and nicely landscaped. There are serious pricing discrepancies on the units and no two people paid the same price...on top of which we were charged a substantial surcharge for air conditioning whereas others were not. Staff are responsive and attentive but do little to market the resort, ie we found out that they supplied drinking water after 4 weeks of hauling it from the stores. Generally we were happy with our stay and we would go back but knowing what I know now...
