No cats or exotic animals
🟢Pet fee- $35.00 per dog/per night due at booking or upon request.
This includes ESA (emotional support animals) ESA’s are not ADA protected.
✳️Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time and we respectfully ask that dogs not be allowed on bedding or furniture. This helps us maintain furnishings & avoid damages.

Any evidence of pet hair, or damages on furnishings or bedding will result in an additional cleaning fee + cost of any damages.
Service dogs-
Provide the following information
(1) is the dog a trained service animal required because of a disability?
(2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
-Guest responsible for properly disposing of all pet waste.
🚭No smoking in or on property. Any evidence of smoking or smoke odor = $500 cleaning fee + fees incurred for damages and ozone remediation.
