"Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank."

"This is a great place to stay for a one-nighter on a long journey. The place is currently undergoing updates, which are not messy (things like new doors). Our room smelled as if it had previously hosted smokers, which wasn’t ideal. The bed was VERY comfortable. Our stay was nice, quiet and dark, great sleep quality. The TV had a good selection of options and hosts were very helpful and friendly.

"The host was very welcoming and gave clear, easy to understand instructions on how to access the unit. The location is excellent for exploring Elora. The apartment was very similar to the photos and clean. We only used the one bedroom with the king bed during our stay and it was very comfortable.
