"Beautiful modern hotel with amazing staff. We had to change plans because the Peruvian border was closed, the staff was extremely helpful and we ended up extending our stay because we felt so much at home here. The rooms are great, best shower and bed we’ve had all 3 months in South America. Loved the pool/spa area. Area feels nice and safe, close to restaurants, shops etc. 5-10 min walk to teleferico for a beautiful and cheap ride to the center. Highly recommend staying here!"

ROSELIN was pretty rude and wanted to charge me extra 30 dollars for bring a friend visit for 1 hour. I said call your boss talk to me, she became so mean said oh my boss don’t have time.
