"We had a very restful night in a comfortable bed. I liked the breakfast buffet. The scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked and there was a nice variety of food to choose from.
I drank a glass of water from the bottle of water in the bedroom and was very disappointed that I was charged $7 for a drink of water. I only saw the sign after the bottle was opened. "

"We loved our stay but the bathroom could use an update. I didn’t appreciate being charged twice for the pet cleaning fee. We had two small dogs travelling with us. Most hotels only charge one fee for both dogs. Otherwise, the staff were wonderful and the location is great. There’s a lovely dog park behind the hotel. The lobby is very nice. The room decor doesn’t really seem to match the hotel. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont Gold. The breakfast was amazing and extra snacks at 5:00pm meant we didn't have to worry about going to eat so much. The highlight was definitely the food, view and staff. The hotel is also so close to many cool restaurants, spas and cocktail bars. Parking was a bit annoying sometimes, but the staff took care of our issue promotly. We will be returning. "
