LAYOUT: The villa ANA CLARA, recently built, is distributed in two floors. The main entrance to the vill leads directly to the living room, an area that is shared with the dinning room and kitchen. The living room has comfortable sofas, two armchairs and a Smart TV. The dining room is composed of a wooden table surrounded by chairs for the entire villa. Behind, we find the kitchen, fully equipped The kitchen, full of lagoon color, is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare meals to taste. A staircase give us access to the upper floor where the rooms are located. The first bedroom is to our left with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Continuing down the hall, a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor, we find the third and last bedroom with a double bed, an en suite bathroom, a dressing room and access to the terrace. From the hallway we will also have access to the terrace with a pleasant chill out area to enjoy the view of the bay of Altea, beautiful at any time of the day or night.



EXTERIOR: The villa ANA CLARA has a pool with spectacular sea views and is surrounded by contemporary loungers. Next to the pool, we will find a table with two chairs suitable for having breakfast in complete tranquility and privacy. On the terrace on the main floor we find the barbecue area as well as an outdoor table and chairs under a porch, perfect to enjoy the magnificent days on the Costa Blanca.
