"The hotel feels nice and new breakfast is okay the guy at check inn was friendly and helpful we landed in Orlando just before the Dorian and he help with all the information and route we should take"

"The hotel is super nice, clean, friendly, comfortable, nice gym, nice free breakfast, convience, etc. The list can go on an on. My only complaint was the noise from I4 all night long. The hotel provides earplugs. I used them and a pillow over my head to drowned out the noise. I'm a light sleeper. My husband slept like a rock. No problem, no ear plugs. 😂"

"Weekend stay. The room is spacious and comfortable. The grounds were clean, the room was clean. Breakfast was good and the coffee is great. I would stay here again. We came to visit Harry Leu gardens so it wasn’t far from that for us. "

"Staff was great. We had some complications come up, but they were able to assist me and allow me to check in with no problems. Were also able to get my bf keys to our room bc our schedules weren’t compatible that day and he arrive much later after I had checked in and gone out. "

"Loved it all . Only thing was this was the first Residence Inn we have been in there wasn’t a separate room for the bed. We like that better but it was fine as there was only 2 of us. Might be a bit tougher with a family"

"The hotel room really was a suite, quite big and the beds were really good. The hotel is nicely set-up with the kind of courtyard. Not good was that you could hear the traffic noise from the interstate. I have hoped for better windows. And not really a biggie just mentioning it, both evenings we can “home” at 9 pm, the bar was closed. After all we would chose it again, may be on the other quieter side of the building. "

"Excellent stay only complaint I have was the housekeeping staff was very rude as well as the morning front desk agent was a little racist as well as rude to my boyfriend making him feel extremely uncomfortable."
