"Staying at 31 Queens Rd was a fantastic experience. Richard was a friendly and knowledgeable host. My breakfast tray every morning was above and beyond in terms of quality and quantity. My room was clean, cozy, comfortable; the entire property was safe and well lit. On site parking was beyond convenient. Highly recommend!! "

"Large, very clean room. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with great shower. Nice toilet products to use. Plentiful, tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as a small fridge with bottled water. Attractive restaurant with a good range of menu options. Ate there 2 nights and the food was very good. Some excellent desserts too! Breakfast was also very good and flexible options. All of the staff were very polite, helpful and always happy to offer advice on local area. Their breakfast...

"First time here, but not the last one. Very cosy and local hotel in the very best location next to the Cathedral and in December; the Christmas Market. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast quite expensive, so go look for this in the city which is just outside the front door."
