Perfectly located for discovering some of southern England's most popular destinations, the house is within easy reach of the historic market town of Alresford, Winchester and its famous cathedral, the Watercress Line heritage railway, the New Forest National Park and the beaches of West Wittering.

The house is full of period charm, with original beams and character features throughout. Please note that some ceilings are low, so the property may not be suitable for very tall guests. There are three bedrooms accessed by two separate staircases. One staircase, serving Bedrooms 2 and 3, is steep and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility, while the second staircase, serving Bedroom 1, is of a more conventional design.
