"Reception staff were really helpful when we turned up having failed to get into the property we were booked into. We booked through Expedia while at the reception desk after they confirmed that the room (the only room available) could be changed to a twin. As there was no one else available, the reception staff went to make the change themselves. Room was clean and as described with views of lake and mountains."

"Very clean place and beautiful view. Only challenge we had was that this place is 3 level and with small children it was a challenge running up and down. Beside that place was very clean and beautiful. Great follow up by Ray. Small recommendation would be to put USB charging ports in the apartment as many tourists like us coming from overseas do not have the correct plug and need to use USB ports to charge."
