Significant problem in that to ensure right mix of tables, all through the meal tables were being dismantled rolled out to a storage room and others replaced and set . A bit like breakfast whilst refurbishment on going ."

The receptionist then struggled to process my alternative card, insisting it didn’t work. I politely asked her to try again and of course, the card worked perfectly the third time, confirming it was a user error on her part.
What made the situation worse was her lack of apology or acknowledgment of the mistake....
