This coquettish villa is a perfect spot to enjoy the fantastic beaches of the Tropical Coast. Located less than one kilometre far from the beach of Almuñécar, it provides its guests with out-of-this-world views of the town and the Mediterranean Sea. The villa features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other with two single beds; both of them are also equipped with a wardrobe. There is also a second bathroom with shower. In the dining-living room, you will have the possibility to relax and revel in delicious meals, cooked in the completely equipped galley corner. In the living room there is a double sofa bed.

Despite the owner living on the first floor of the villa, the outdoor area will be completely at your disposal. The porch you will meet as soon as you step a foot on the outside is provided with a spacious dining area, a chill-out area and a table football, for the joy of your children. But the charm of the villa doesn't end here. In fact, once you go down a few stairs, you will find a roomy terrace with fantastic private pool. The views you can enjoy from here will leave you breathless. This area also welcomes a barbeque and a few deck chairs, for you to sunbathe as much as you can.

The access to the house is made possible by a paved lane.
