"We were not impressed with this property. The renovation in the lobby was beautiful from what we saw. However in the hallways and our room, it was a mess. There was paint splattered all over our floor. Black water kept coming out of our faucets and someone’s old food was left in our fridge. Getting to the location from the highway was kind of annoying and not having an elevator was pretty difficult. "This hotel is GORGEOUS! We stayed on the 3rd floor and lived our room. Very spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and decorated beautifully. The history of that building made it even more awesome. The bed, towels and linens were very nice and the room came with a blow dryer and steamer to iron clothes. The sink is outside the bedroom in an alcove, which wouldn't be a problem if the walls had been painted white & higher wattage lightbulbs were used but being navy blue & low lit bulbs it was very difficult to apply make up or do my hair.
