Lake House is part of bleib. Boutique Ferienwohnungen Bodensee – three carefully selected accommodations on Lake Constance. Our lovingly maintained apartment is right on the Lake Constance cycle path, just about 200 m from the lake and the first hiking trails. It features two bedrooms (one is a walk-through room), two well-kept bathrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with streaming TV, and a private garden with a large terrace.



Ideal for 1–6 guests plus a baby (in a cot).



Included: bed linen, towels, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, sustainable basics – and up to 2 dogs stay free (on request only).

– Kitchen with dishwasher, capsule coffee machine (small selection of capsules included), oven, air fryer, microwave

Location: 1.3 km walk to the center of Allensbach. Busier in the mornings due to road and cycle path, pleasantly quiet in the evenings. The garden is peaceful; a railway line runs behind the property – usually barely noticeable after a short time.

We rent to couples and families who appreciate a quiet, well-kept atmosphere and treat the apartment with care – just as we do. You book the apartment, not us. We live separately in the house, are available if needed, and keep a low profile.
