"Jeg kan ikke anbefale dette hotel. Hotellet er slidt, både på værelserne, poolområdet, gangene, tæpperne, loftene osv osv. Internettet virkede ikke og personalet virkede ikke super begejstrede for deres job, Hotellet koster faktisk mere pr nat (mandag-tirsdag) end Blue Chip Casino og Hotel som kun ligger 20 min derfra, og der får man luksus for alle pengene. Jeg kan absolut ikke anbefale dette hotel!!!!!"

"The room we were given was dirty. Food crumbs on the chairs and floor. Trash not emptied. No toilet paper. Stained towels. The beds were comfortable enough and the room temp was nice. Would not stay there again or recommend to others."

"Our room was not ready at the scheduled time. The mattress was awful. It was lumpy, noisy, and sagged."

"All of their rooms are No Smoking rooms and I love that because I don't smoke and I don't want to inhale someone's second hand smoke. The room was clean, smoke free and cheap; it was exactly what I needed."

"The hotel was good overall, and I would stay there again. However, the “hot” pool was not actually hot — it was only slightly warm. I also had a negative experience with one of the staff members when I asked if they could open the door between the hotel and the garage. She responded rudely and pointed out that there was a sign saying the door was out of service."

"I stayed in the McCulloch Suite in the Sion Bass House (one of the two adjacent historic homes which make up this property). The suite was very spacious and clean. The check-in instructions which were emailed the day of check-in were very clear. There was a folding ironing board, iron, lots of extra towels, literature related to the history of the property and the city (for anyone who might be interested). The little garden surrounding the building and the deck in back both were very nice. I...

"The air-conditioning did not work. The unit was dirty and smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking unit. The toilet seat was broken and held on with only one bolt. There were no glasses provided in in the room. They did not have a replacement room. We were forced to find a different hotel. Told us we could only get back our deposit. The agent was rude considering the service."
