"The hotel was good overall, and I would stay there again. However, the “hot” pool was not actually hot — it was only slightly warm. I also had a negative experience with one of the staff members when I asked if they could open the door between the hotel and the garage. She responded rudely and pointed out that there was a sign saying the door was out of service."

"All of their rooms are No Smoking rooms and I love that because I don't smoke and I don't want to inhale someone's second hand smoke. The room was clean, smoke free and cheap; it was exactly what I needed."

"I'm usually very happy at a Baymont by Wyndham hotel This was not the case at this Fort Wayne Indiana location. A pawn checking into the room I realize that the floor in the bathroom was wet and realized it was coming from the bottom of the toilet I called the front desk to notify them of the situation and they said oh we'll have somebody look at it tomorrow... So basically I had to use my bath towels to keep the floor cleaned up in the bathroom and didn't have a towel when it came time to take...

"I got 2 rooms for 2 nights, the staff was great, breakfast was great, but we had our hearts set on the pool it was the biggest part of our stay other than my husband going to the wrestling event, however unbeknownst to us the swimming pool was being worked on and not a drop of water was in it. They moved my sister to several rooms due to broken pull out beds, and to throw in the towel she found a roach crawling on the wall in the bathroom. I'm not sure if they reported it to the front desk we...

"At check in we were greeted by one of the friendliest workers we’ve ever had at any hotel. I wish I’d caught her name. Our room was one of the recently renovated rooms, so it was clean and in great shape (I can’t speak for the one that have yet to be renovated). Breakfast was great… sausage, scrambled eggs, French toast, potatoes, cereal, toast, bagels, juice, milk, fruit. WiFi worked well. All staff we encountered were friendly. We had a room near the elevator, but it was surprisingly not too...

"It's a good place to stay for a night. Staff was kind, but each time I needed assistance, I had to call the front desk number to get the staff attention to come to the front desk. The rooms were cleaned well, however there were a few stains in the bath tube and hair on the sink counter. The towels and shower curtain could be changed out. I was surprised the lobby did not have a public restroom for guests."
