"We booked a premium room with a king-size bed for two adults and two children. But on arrival we were asked if we wanted to upgrade for a fee. We saw no reason for that until we saw that we got standard bed for two people! "Extremely poor English skills. They had lost our booking. The receptionist couldn't speak nor understand English. They managed to find a room after some negotiations, including showing them the booking we had received from them. The hotel is inside a zoo with the smell and dust that comes with it. However charming this might be I can't recommend this hotel to anyone not from the Emirates."

The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use.
