"There are many better choices for places to stay in Troncones where the staff and management care about the wellbeing of the guests and the upkeep of the property. Regrettably, our toilet did not flush, the shower curtain fell continously off the wall, the bed was broken and semi collapsed when we sat on it, there were only 8 beach lounge chairs so we could not ever relax and enjoy the view, the foot wash was not filled dragging sand into our room, people who were not guests were welcomed to the...

"Wonderful, very responsive hosts. One thing that was not totally clear to us until we got there is that all common areas, kitchen, dining, couches, are outdoors (as with most rentals in the area), only the bedrooms are "indoors" with AC. But to open your bedroom and see the gorgeous beach just steps away––wow. That's heaven."

"This house is pretty awesome. Has all the necessities for a surf trip. In addition, the communication between the property managers is top notch. Wifi is down? Ericka is on it. Ac not working? Roberto is there taking care of it same day. Assuming this house doesn’t get sold, I’ll definitely be coming back here. Note: be respectful of the locals needs. I.e., keep the gate closed, drive slowly, keep a low social media presence, and you’ll have a great time."

"This home is situated on a medium hill and is built up on the land so that your views of the ocean and surrounding area are stellar. The sounds of the waves are close and wonderful. "Very relaxing and within walking distance of many restaurants and small stores. Need more shade umbrellas for pool. Great to have shared kitchen w/refrig/freezer. Very clean and safe feeling. Loved option of open deck doors or AC. Bed was unusually firm that challenged our older body comfort. It is right on the beach so the sound of the ocean waves is very relaxing. "I spent about 3 weeks in this place to relax and surf and what a magical place, the sound of the waves is so present and especially in this place that is very close to the sea and what a vibe comes from this place. Very clean and corfortable room, last floor to enjoy even more.I was given a good contact for taxi and board rental.Amazing care taker, what else, The surf spot is at reasonable distance just a walk to warm up, I choose to leave my rental board near the spot to always be ready 👍🌴🌴"
