power points for our bedside CPAP machines were behind the bed. We didn't discover this until checkout and had to use an extension...

"Very poor service. We arrived a day late due to flight delays and had tried to contact reception to let them know - without any luck. When we arrived, the front staff claimed we didn’t have any booking though we showed them a printed receipt which confirmed booked dates and payments. After a lot of discussion they downgraded us to another type of room but it felt like we should be pleased that they even found us a room and didn’t charge us (again!). "Stayed for 2 nights in May 2025. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and we slept well. Very quiet. Easy walking distance to the shopping centre. When we checked out the staff kept our bags for a few hours so we could go to the shopping centre before going to the airport. Was very much appreciated! We will stay there again when in Perth."
