"The apartment was in a great location and in excellent condition. Bed was firm but comfortable, and everything was very clean. Parking was a definite challenge, absolutely no place to park despite the claim of "ample street parking." It was also quite confusing to find the actual apartment. The biggest drawback was the price. Not sure if the price spiked because of the Pittsburgh marathon or all the grad events, but it was way too expensive for such a small place. "This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

"I have to say, I was a bit hesitant about this property after I initially booked it due to the lengthy registration process and long list of rules, however I was delightfully surprised at the cleanliness and very homey atmosphere of the property. It is close to restaurants, shopping and other Pittsburgh attractions. I would definitely stay here again. "
