Apartment with a great location in Port of Alicante. Old town, beach, harbour, restaurants and shops are reachable just within a few minutes walk. Beach and restaurants are just behind the corner.
Apartment itself needs a quickly renovation. Furniture and beds are very old. Bed linens are worn out broken and matresses are not so comfortable. Balcony doors are old, shaking and making a noise in the wind. One windy night one of the doors opened itself and started clatter. All the outside noise comes inside through the balcony doors, even walking and talking on the street. Sounds like people are in the same room. Two toilets, one was stuck. We got some insect bites at the first and the second night (bird flea), before we made shaking and cleaning for bed clothes. They didn´t came from outside, we are 100% sure about that. Someone could say that this is just a normal spanish house, but we have been several apartments in Spain and this was one of the weakest. But, as I said, the location is great!
