The holiday apartment Sunshine is only a few steps away from the beautiful beach Maria Pia and offers a wonderful view of the lagoon. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with a lift to the 2nd floor, after which you have to walk) and consists of a comfortable living room with a sofa bed (for one person) as well as a sleeping area separated by a sliding panel with a comfortable double sofa bed and a panoramic window. Moreover there is a well-equipped kitchen, as well as one bathroom and the accommodation can therefore accommodate a total of 3 people. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, a cot and a highchair. Outside there is a spacious terrace with a panoramic view of the Calik lagoon and the mountains. Start your day with a cup of hot coffee, watch the sun rise over the lagoon, have a look at the local birds and enjoy delicious dishes on the terrace. In the evening you can enjoy an aperitif while watching the sky change into romantic tones at sunset. On hot days, an outdoor shower is a pleasant refreshment. From the entrance of the house you can reach the sandy beach Maria Pia within 5 minutes on foot (400 m). On the beach there are several bus stops connected to the characteristic old town of Alghero and other beaches in the area. You will find some typical restaurants by the sea after a 4-minute walk (350 m) and the nearest supermarket is 15 minutes by foot and 4 minutes by car (2 km). The city of Alghero is 5 minutes by car and an adventure park is only 3 minutes by car (2.4 km) from the property.
