On the second floor in the Residence Gli Eucalipti, guests can enjoy the condominium’s large swimming pool, a private parking space and wonderful views over both Alghero and the sea.

The open-plan living/dining room is simply decorated with attractive wooden furniture, including a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. Double glass doors lead out onto a spacious balcony with sea views. It is furnished with a dining table for meals al fresco, a BBQ and an adjustable sun shade.

The separate kitchen is appointed with a cooker hob, oven, Moka coffee maker and a fridge, making catering a breeze.

In addition to the large shared swimming pool, the residence also has outside showers, a small children’s playground and bike stands.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed, a wardrobe and glass doors onto a private balcony.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a bunk bed, a single bed and extensive storage space.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable single bed.

Bathroom
The attractively tiled bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The residence is well located, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Maria Pia and 10 minutes from the historic centre of Alghero. The area is well-served by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, everything you need for a relaxed holiday. There are even sailing and windsurfing schools on your doorstep.

Alghero has a fascinating collection of architecture, from the ancient walls that encircle the city, to the 16th-century cathedral. The city is home to a wide range of beautiful churches, museums and palaces, making it a great destination at any time of year. The historic centre’s cobbled streets open onto lively squares. A stroll around the port area is a rewarding experience, especially if it involves lunch or dinner at one of the many, delicious, local restaurants.

There are some beautiful beaches further north between the city and Porto Conte. Some are well equipped with cafés, sun loungers and water sports facilities, others are wilder and less crowded. Spiaggia di Mugoni (16 minutes) is particularly good for families with children, thanks to its gently sloping sand and clear seas.

Alghero airport is 10 minutes away.
