Located in the beautiful countryside of Alghero, 3 km from the city center of Alghero, in Salondra area, and 4 km from the sea and beautiful beaches, the apartment is at ground level, together with another apartment, also part of the villa, where the owners live at first floor.
The property is surrounded by olive trees, a small orchard and grass lawns becoming a relaxing place for your holidays.
The apartment has a queen size bed in the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining area with a sofa bed. A veranda overlooks the pool (share use) and grass lawns. Free private parking.

The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay (kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, barbecue, cable flat-screen TV, hairdryer, iron, linen, towels, beach towels, air conditioning, free WiFi, welcome pack).
One side of the pool has hydromassage jets. Use of the pool is shared with the owners (especially on Sundays) and guests staying in the other apartment.
