Et velfungerende feriebolig med en god beliggenhed og dejlig udenoms faciliteter
Vi har tilbragt en uge i Villa Boavista, familie på 12 personer fordelt i 7 store soveværelser med tilhørende badeværelser, hvilket har fungeret meget tilfredsstillende. I forbindelse med vores ophold havde vi daglig support af husets " husholderske " Antonia, som servicerede med et dejligt morgenbuffet samt tryllede lækre middage frem, til et dejligt aftenmåltid. Fantastic, couldn’t have been any better
Enjoyed a week long family reunion with small children there. Everything was super clean, nothing was missing and Antonia the housekeeper was super helpful and even cooked dinner for us on a few nights (additional, minor charge). Will definitely come back and can happily recommend 100%

Fantastic Holiday Property!
A group of us stayed here for a long weekend and found the house to be a real highlight of our trip. The bedrooms are all very spacious and comfortable, the pool and gardens were huge and well-kept. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need, and the communication and check in was hassle free. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Family Getaway
VIla Boavista was the perfect house for our family to gather for five days. Its hilltop location captured the breeze, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the garden was beautiful, and the pool and terraces spectacular. Antonia and Adelaide were the perfect hostesses, preparing breakfast and a delicious Portuguese fish dinner. Everyone loved the place and we would not hesitate to go back again and again.

Luxorious villa
A very nice villa with good rooms - toilet and bath or shower in each. Good pool and nice staff. Two things could be improved: a microwave oven for family with kids is necessary but missing. And better quiding for clients responsibility of cleaning when cleaning staff is booked. They come so late that dishes should be allready done. This was not informed and caused some discrepancy.

We were very happy about the highest number of points. Thank you very much! We would be happy to accept your suggestion and will enrich our kitchen with a microwave. If you book additional cleaning, you can generally choose the time. The company told us they were on site at 9:30am. I think that's fine. Most guests only request special cleaning in the early afternoon so that they can have a leisurely and extensive breakfast. A little tip for next time: We always corresponded together via WhatsApp. A short message from you would have been enough. Of course we would have arranged for the cleaning staff to come earlier.

Beautiful house with charm

Everything went like clockwork!
We had a large family party to celebrate my wife’s very important birthday! Antonia was so helpful every morning for a couple of hours which made an enormous difference. The villa was totally perfect with all bedrooms ensuite. It was very hot and a couple of extra fans would have been nice! Anyway a big thank you to everyone concerned

Fantastic holiday
We had a fantastic week here. The pool is massive and very deep. 2.2m Kids loved that . We loved the verandas dotted around the villa and saw some amazing sunrises from the top verranda overlooking the sea. The kitchen had lots of crockery and glasses etc for us all. We had many BBQs with our Portuguese family. Antonia was lovely and very helpful and it was useful that one of us spoke good German. Our Portuguese wasn't very good. Great communication before we arrived so we knew what we needed. ( not much at all) We used Uber loads to go to and from Lagos. Fab location. Often only 5 Euros to go to the Town Centre. It was great that most of the bedrooms had fans as it was pretty hot even at night. The separate entrance for room 6 was very useful for the dog. We had fun making memories at this lovely villa and I'm sure we will be back.

Fantastic villa
We really enjoyed our stay at the villa boa vista. There was plenty of spce for our large group of 13 aged between 7 and 45. The kids enjoyed the huge pool and the backyard. At night, the living room was there chilling spot while the parents enjoyed the outdooor living room. We would go again without hesitation!

Friends holiday
We really loved this home and would certainly return! It's super hard to summarised, as there was so much that was good about it! The gardens were beautiful and well kept, the pool was the best - really big and deep, so lots of laughter and games had there! The rooms were well kept and there was so much space - all having our own fridge. (Note there is no AC just fans so our pregnant friend struggled). The outdoor seating areas work well, and the roof terrace was such a perfect bonus! It is a really close drive to town and to a beach, and good instructions to get there. There were a lot of amenities at the property - things to cook with, parasols, games - that we found everything we needed and more within the home. The outdoor BBQ was great too. We were so so pleased with this home. Only negative was that there are two neighbouring dogs which live at the bottom of the hill and come on to the property every early morning and late evening and poo on the lawn - not great when you have children with you! But yes, we would return in a heartbeat! Thank you!!

Thank you for your great review! We were really happy! By the time you return, the fence will be complete. Then Ben and Harvey, our two neighbours' four-legged friends, will also stay outside. Lovely holiday home
The house was perfect for our girls holiday, amazing place and great location. The address on the listing never seemed to work on Uber - always took us to another address so watch out for this! And we were also asked for €300 cash deposit on arrival which we hadn’t been told about prior which took us by surprise. But overall it was a great place to stay. Beautiful pool and garden.

Sehr schöne Familienfeiern
Wir sind heute aus der Villa Boavista abgereist. Es war eine sehr schöne Woche mit der Familie (drei Generation). Die Einrichtung des Hause ist sehr schön Vorallem der große Pool hat es groß und klein sehr angetan. Wir haben uns morgens von dem Frühstücks Service von der gute Fee Antionia verwöhnen lassen. Wie wurden auch drei Abende (gegen Aufpreis) extra von Antionia mit sehr leckerem portugiesischen Essen versorgt. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut für Ausflüge geeignet wir waren unter anderem in Albufaira und Lagos. Es war wirklich einen sehr schöne Woche und wir danken nochmals sehr der guten Fee Antionia.

Sehr schöne Villa mit großem Pool und bezaubernden Garten
Sehr geräumige und schön angerichtete Villa einen Katzensprung vom Lagos. Wir waren 6 befreundeten Paare und 2 Jugendliche dort. Alle Zimmer sind geschmackvoll angerichtet und verfügen über eigene Dusche oder Bad. Die meiste Zimmer sind groß und alle sehr schön angerichtet. Wir waren die meiste Zeit draußen entweder im Pool Bereich oder an der größere Terrasse. Es gibt alles dort was man braucht. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Eva war hervorragend, sie hat immer gute Vorschläge gemacht und schnell geantwortet. Antonia ist auch nett, leider war sie krank und könnte für uns nur einmal kochen. Aber sie war immer für uns da wenn wir was bräuchten. Wir haben öfter auch den größere Grill benutzt. Antonia hat uns frische Fische direkt vom Fischer besorgt. war sehr lecker. Wir waren alle zufrieden und empfehlen es weiter

Amazing Time
We had an amazing time at Villa Boavista. There were 12 friends in total and we were there for 3 days in total. Perfect location where we didn't have to worry too much about neighbours and was only a short Uber into town. Lovely golf course a walk away. Antonio was super helpful with setting up of breakfast and dinner 1 night. She did get grumpy one morning as we had left a few bottles outside after a long night. We weren't expecting her to clean and would obviously never have checked out of the property with it in that position. Everything else was great

Super Arbeitswoche in der Villa Boavista inkl. Verköstigung durch Antonia
Bereits im Vorhinein lief die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin der Villa reibungslos ab und wir konnten Vieles bereits vor unserer Ankunft planen. Wir konnten von der Villa aus arbeiten, unsere Weiterbildung wahrnehmen und in den Pausen auf der schönen Terrasse, am Pool oder im Garten entspannen. Zudem hatten wir nicht weit in das schöne Städtchen Lagos und konnten auch dieses zur Genüge erkunden. Perfekt abgerundet wurde unser Aufenthalt durch die Verköstigung von Antonia, die optimal auf unsere Wünsche einging. Allen unserer 14 Kolleg:innen hat es bestens geschmeckt und wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder! Ich kann die Villa Boavista inkl. den angebotenen House-Maid-Service durch Antonia wärmstens empfehlen!

Muito simpática, mas falta AC e Wifi decente
A casa é muito agradável e o facto de ter uma pessoa a dar apoio (Antonia) é uma boa ajuda. No entanto, alguns quartos são muito quentes, fazendo claramente falta ter AC A qualidade de sinal wifi é boa em toda a casa, mas a velocidade de acesso é MUITO FRACA. As Tv’s tiveram que ser todas re-sintonizadas por nós e algumas vezes o sinal era muito fraco e não funcionavam. Canais portugueses só os 4 base, o que hoje em dia não se compreende. A casa tem uma excelente zona exterior, mas falta-lhe uma sala de estar, de convívio, interior. Não se compreende que não houvesse quaisquer amenities nos WC. Em resumo, globalmente simpática e bem localizada, mas com muitos aspectos a melhorar em termos de acolhimento para poder ser Top.

Tolles Haus, tolle Vermieter, tolle Zeit!
Es war traumhaft schön in der Vila Boavista, die Vermieter sind unheimlich freundlich und standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und wir sind sehr dankbar, hier so eine schöne Zeit verbracht zu haben. Ich empfehle jedem, den House maid service hinzuzubuchen, denn es ist so toll, morgens schon das Frühstücksbuffet bereitstehen zu haben und abends noch etwas leckeres gekocht zu bekommen. So spart man sich teures Essen auswärts und Antonias Essen ist wirklich köstlich! Mietwagen empfehlen wir dringend, denn das Haus ist ein wenig außerhalb des Zentrums auf einem Hügel und diesen Berg möchte man ungern zu Fuß hoch gehen :-) Ab und zu hört man die Schnellstraße, aber selbst eine unserer Mitreisenden, die sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, hat sehr gut schlafen können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Vila guten Gewissens weiter.

Einfach nur eine wundervolle Zeit in der Vila Boavista!
Wir haben es tatsächlich geschafft, während der Corona-Krise im engsten Familienkreis in Portugal zu heiraten. Frau Schwaninger war in dieser unsicheren Zeit eine sehr große Unterstützung und hat uns stets auch Informationen über den aktuellen Stand und die Entwicklung in Portugal eingeholt! Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet und versprüht einen schönen mediterranen Flair. Der Garten inklusive riesigem Pool ist ein absoluter Traum!! Antonia ist wirklich das absolute Herzstück des Hauses und hat unsere Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches übertroffen! Sehr sehr lieb und absolut hilfsbereit! Die Hochzeit durften wir in dem wundervollen Garten feiern, was wirklich allen Gästen sehr gefallen hat. Der Urlaub in Lagos und der Vila Boavista hätte nicht schöner sein können! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

Great for a large party of people
Villa was good having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us all . Brilliant having Antonio every morning to shop and cook breakfast for us all and clean so we could relax. Plenty of space to relax around the pool but pool cool at this time of the year so not used much. You need a car but good location to explore the coast each way which is very scenic.

Mooie villa
Mooie luxe villa, van alle gemakken voorzien en erg schoon. Ligt wel op een steile helling, dus een auto is noodzakelijk. De afstand naar Lagos centrum en het strand is te ver om te lopen, is ook gevaarlijk. Antonia kookt erg lekker, maar we moesten wel even aan haar wennen, de keuken is haar domein. We hebben met de familie, 14 personen, erg genoten.

Urlaub im Paradies
Zum zweiten Mal verbrachte unsere Großfamilie den Urlaub in der Vila Boavista und es war wieder sooo schön. Besonders die liebevolle Umsorgung von Antonia und Clara ließen alle Familienmitglieder Urlaub haben. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt und wir hatten das Rundumverwöhnprogramm. Die neuen Küchengeräte sind super und auch an den neuen Terassentischen ließ sich hervorragend so manche Flasche Wein leeren. Abschließend kann ich sagen, dass jeder (4-85 Jahre) sich rundum wohl gefühlt hat. Vielen Dank dafür.

Wundervoller Urlaub in toller Umgebung
Wenn Sie schon immer mal mit einer Gruppe oder Großfamilie verreisen wollten, dann sollten sie spätestens bei diesem Objekt zugreifen. Sie werden es nicht bereuen. Wir waren mit insgesamt 12 Personen in der Vila Boavista und verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche. Viele Faktoren trugen dazu bei. Die traumhafte Lage, die Ausstattung der Zimmer, der große Pool, das super Wetter und natürlich Antonia. Lassen sie sich die Gerichte mal auf portugiesische Art und Weise von Antonia zubereiten. Egal ob Fisch- oder Fleischgerichte, das Essen war wirklich hervorragend. Für uns steht jetzt schon fest, dass wir 2021 wieder kommen. Viele Grüße an Antonia und Clara

Perfekter Urlaub in Traumambiente
10 Freunde/Familienmitglieder verbrachten 2 Wochen in der Vila Boavista, um gemeinsam die Gegend zu erkunden, zu wandern und Golf zu spielen. Die grosse Überraschung waren nicht nur die fantastische Lage der Villa und das herrliche Ambiente, sondern besonders Antonia, die sich als Seele und Stütze des Hauses erwies. Sie erfüllte alle unsere (manchmal recht unterschiedlichen) Wünsche, besorgte alles, was wir wollten und war immer für uns da. Wir fühlten uns rundherum verwöhnt! Danke, Antonia! Wir werden diesen Aufenthalt immer in schönster Erinnerung behalten.

Property was very hard to find. Owners need to update the pin drop in their instructions.
Rooms were very hot and stupefy with no fans. Supplied towels were very small and need replacing. Best part about the stay was Antonia the cook, very helpful and obliging. Finding the property was a big hassle for the guest groups arriving on the first day and getting taxis/ubers during the stay.

Your criticism with regard to the route description is justified and we apologize for the inconvenience. The course of the road was changed, traffic lights were removed, a completely new roundabout was added. We have of course updated the route description in the meantime. Our towels are generously sized and complying with the hotel norm in every respect; we regret that we have to disagree with you there (70cm x 100cm + 100cm x 150 cm). Perhaps you have missed that the pool and beach towels are not provided by us, but have to be brought along by our guests themselves? It's quite obvious that our bath towels would be too small for that purpose. Up to now the house being a cool place has always been praised by our guests. But since the summer of 2018 brought one of the strongest heat waves since wheather records began, it might be possible that this had an effect on our Boavista, too. We are very sorry for that and will take that into consideration. We are very glad that Antonia was able to indulge you a bit with her culinary skills. We are very pleased to pass on your praise to our "kind-hearted soul".

Absolutely Perfect
The best thing about this villa is Antonia, she’s a angel and made are stay fab. If you book pay for Antonia, she helped us with our transfers, taxis and nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness of the house was great. 13 of us stayed and the villa was stunning, the pool immaculate and clean, the grounds were beautiful and I will definitely return with my family. Wunderschönes geräumiges Haus
Wir (10 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) haben unserern Aufenthalt sehr genossen! EIn riesengroßer Dank geht an Antonia, die unseren Aufenthalt phantastisch bereichert und uns viel Arbeit abgenommen hat. Dadurch hat sich sofort die gewünschte Urlaubs-Entspannung eingestellt. Die Buchung von Antonias Service empfehlen wir sehr - selten bekommt man mehr für sein Geld. Das gut ausgestattete, schön eingerichtete Haus mit großem Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auto voraugesetzt, ist die Lage des Hause sehr gut für Ausflüge und Strandbesuche. einfach perfekt!
Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet; ein wunderschöner Garten ums Haus mit vielen Terassen und der große gepflegte Swimmingpool - einfach perfekt! Dazu noch der House-Maid Service von Antonia, die uns mit sehr leckerem Essen verwöhnt hat - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus in vollen Zügen genossen!

Perfect Party House

Beautiful villa, absolutely perfect
We had a group of 14 of us staying for 3 nights in what can only be described as a completely idilic setting. The villa is enormous and comfortably slept 14 people. The terrace is perfect for food and wine in the evening, with the large pool providing a welcome break from the Portuguese heat. It's located under 5 minutes from the centre of Lagos but yet remote enough so that you can enjoy your stay and not need to worry about being people talking and enjoying themselves later in the evening. Taxi's are about 10 Euro's into Lagos. I would highly recommend and certainly stay again.

Great Holiday
Our group enjoyed a great holiday at the Vila Boavista. The Vila offered everything you need for a nice holiday and the rooms were very comfortable with a bathroom for each room. The location is close enough to the airport in Faro and Lagos and grocery shopping is very close by. Even though we opted against the daily maid service, Antonia came every second day to clean. We had hired her to cook for us a couple of times and the meals were delicious. Antonia was very helpful with all of our concerns and questions. The outdoor area was very spacious and a huge pool helped to cool off from the nice sun. The garden and some other areas could use some TLC, but nothing major to complain about. We would return for another holiday and we can recommend the Vila for large groups as a holiday vacation.

Casa muy espaciosa y tranquila
Hemos estado 7 adultos y 7 niños de Aranjuez y Badajoz, las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas , el patio , jardín y piscina muy bonitos, mejoraría La Luz que hay muy poca visibilidad de noche y también el cartel indicativo de la casa ya que no es fácil su localización .

Super endroit
Maison tres grande qui permet a chacun d avoir de l espace La piscine est grande et tres agreable La maison est bien entretenue. Une dame de menage vient tous les jours Le + c est antonia qui est vraiment aux petits soins avec nous. Crepes le matin et le soir antonia nous a fait sa paella, du loup et de la daurade au barbecue. Franchement a conseiller pour des familles ou entre amis rien a dire tout etait parfait

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre villa Magnifique villa entourée d un splendide jardin La piscine est très grande La villa est située dans un secteur calme Les chambres sont grandes , propres Antonia est très gentille et très professionnelle Nous reviendrons certainement avec grand plaisir

Super Ort um sich zu entspannen und Spass zu haben
Diese Villa ist super, wir waren 13 Personen die ihren BM Abschluss feierten. Wir hatten genug Platz und natürlich ist der grosse Pool auch genial. Antonia kam immer wieder mal vorbei um zu sehen ob wir etwas brauchen. Sie ist super und hilft wo sie kann. Wenn man länger dort ist empfehle ich die Anreise mit dem Auto oder sich eins zu mieten, es gibt schöne Strände in der Nähe. Diese schöne Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall für junge Laute sowie auch für Familien mit Kindern sehr empfehlenswert. Top!

Great place for family and friends!
We were 5 families (18 people) with kids ranging from 2 - 12 who came for a weeks holiday. The place is very comfortable with 7 large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and most with access to the garden. The house does not have a common indoor living area other than the kitchen/dining, but this made no difference to us as we were mostly hanging out around the pool or terrace - and the pool and gardens were lovely. The location is very convenient, with a supermarket a 5 mins drive and a 10 mins drive to praia Donna Ana, Meia Praia, Ponte Peadade and the Marina. Close enough to central Lagos with it being far enough to enjoy the privacy. Antonia was a great help and really efficient - organizing all the shopping and dinners each evening - plus all the cleaning up! No easy task with that many people around! Would definitely recommend this place!
