Hoteller med pool i Alexandria

"The hotel was very clean. Tired, but clean. I was told 3 different times to check in for the renovated room I had requested. I ended up in a different room, so I could at least get in. There was no elevators, so I had to carry my 3 suitcases up stairs. The internet was bad, which isnt good when you travel with a teenager. "

"The rooms and the whole hotel was nice and clean. The hotel was fully booked, but we didnt hear any noise. I did request a room on the top floor a month prior to check-in, which was not granted, but other than that, it was a nice comfortable stay. "

"I was allowed a way early check-in, which I am thankful for, but unfortunately it doesnt even out the disappointment. I had to request a turn over 3 times (i was staying 8 days). When I finally got my turn-over, I was still missing toilet paper, cups and extra trash bags. I did however get a towel with a noticeable hole, cleaning supply and more bottles of shampoo and lotion that anyone could ever use in an 8 day stay. The room was very dusty and we found dead bugs in the room. "

"I go to Altoona several times a year to attend Altoona Curve baseball games. My first time trying the Altoona Grand was a great experience. The hotel is clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The on site restaurant and bar was a nice touch as well. We enjoyed some good food and drinks after the game. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. I will be sure to book again the next time I go back to Altoona. "
