The hotel is in very unpleasant area without anything around. Receptionists do not speak english at all so you communicate with them by using google translate which can be tiring and sometimes leads to misinterpretations. They are helpful and the owner is fair. I arrived in early morning (3 AM) and they accepted me to checkin without charge even tough they informed me through hotels.com that they have to charge half a day but they did not whihc is very positive from their side. Room is fairly clean and standard one. TV was not working, you could only hear the sound and wifi was terribly slow. First when I came there was no wifi, and one of the major reasons I chose this hotel is that they have wifi. After complaint and several messages, the owner fixed the net but I think wifi infrastructure is not proffesional since I had wifi signal in
my room but you could only use net for messaging not for video streaming or browsing. When you come to first floor on one particular place you can have decent internet speed but other locations are bad.
When I had to check out (11AM) I asked receptionist if I can stay in a hallway next to reception as my flight was at midnight she was constantly asking for money eventough I am not an obstacle since hotel was completely empty (no lights during the night on all hotel windows) and nobody was coming/going at all. Only beacasue they accepted me for early check out without additional charge I give on a scale 1-10 grade 5.
