This well-maintained property comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with room for up to 10 (additional guest fee applies). With plenty of space and a fun pool table room, it’s the perfect spot for families, wedding parties, or groups gathering for lake getaways and Auburn University events.

Located just 40 miles from Auburn University and an easy drive to Jordan-Hare Stadium, this home offers convenience for football games, graduations, and all Auburn sports. It’s also a wonderful choice for guests attending nearby weddings or celebrations who want to stay together in a relaxing lakefront setting.

You’ll be right beside Wind Creek State Park, a popular launch site for Lake Martin fishing tournaments, boating, and outdoor recreation. The park offers easy access to the lake, scenic trails, and fun stops like Cream of the Creek for ice cream. Enjoy a short boat ride to Boondocks at Bay Pines or Peanut Point, or explore nearby attractions including Willow Point Country Club (5.2 miles), Church of the Pines (10 miles), and Lakewinds Golf Course (11.5 miles).

Guests are welcome to tie up their boat to the floating dock or use the single jet ski port, while the owner’s boat remains in the covered slip. Seasonal Water Level Notice:

Lake Martin water levels are managed by Alabama Power and typically begin lowering in September or October, depending on rainfall and annual water management decisions. Levels generally start rising again around March 1st each year. During the off-season, water depth at docks and boat slips may be lower during that time, than shown in summer photos.
