"Heaven on earth. Absolutely unique and amazing stay. From the welcome sightings of the stork nests to the view of beautiful horses calmly standing by the lake I fell in love with the environment. Our check in was fun and very enjoyable. Perhaps the welcome wine glass made the experience that more enjoyable. Great friendly staff that gave a great overview of what the Herdade had to offer. Regret only spending one night but we can’t wait to go back and take full advantage of all that we missed...

"The Quinta Amala was an amazing place. The location with the view over the landscape with rice fields and pine woods was beautiful. Each cabana, house, had privacy and were souronded by beautiful plants and flowers. Beautiful architecture of the houses, the pool area, lounges and dining room. We felt close to nature, silent and relaxing. The food was also very good, including the breakfast with local food. The staff were all very nice and helpful and made us feel welcome and well taken care...

"This is such a unique and comfortable stay at an unforgettable turismo rural! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to me and my dog. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The location with the animals was a different and fun experience. The location close to beachfront site sites and the towns of Porto Covo and Sines could not be beat. I highly recommend!"

"Dejlige omgivelser, rummeligt værelse, hyggeligt med dyr på stedet, venligt personale, god morgenmad. Frokost og aftensmad i restauranten er ikke imponerende, for få cykler, dampbad virker ikke, der mangler fliser flere steder i indendørspoolen hvilket ser sjusket ud, og der trænger til at blive malet flere steder i SPA’en, fitnessrum kunne have bedre og mere udstyr. "
