PROPERTY DESCRIPTION



Furnished villa of 120 m² in Alcudia for 5 guests: 3 bedrooms with Daikin air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, port, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacy. Private garden, pool (3x6 m), barbecue, terrace, outdoor shower, fast Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine, beach towels, 2 cots, and 2 high chairs. Electric vehicle charger available for an extra fee and parking. One pet allowed. Airport transfer available.



HOUSE RULES



Quiet hours: Silence after 8:00 pm. Parties and groups under 30 years old are not allowed.



Check-in: Passport copy required for guests over 16, as per regulations.



Pets & Neighbors: Neighbors have animals that may occasionally bark.



Occupancy: Strictly for registered guests. No additional occupants without prior approval.



Solar Energy Use: The villa runs on solar panels and batteries. Excessive consumption may block the system and require a technician, whose cost will be charged to the guest.



FEES FOR VIOLATIONS / DAMAGES



Barbecue cleaning: The barbecue must be left clean after use. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will apply for an extra charge. Guests are responsible for fire safety.



Sand in the villa: Use outdoor showers. If sand is found inside, a cleaning surcharge will apply for an extra charge.



Linen & Damages: A fee will apply for replacement of stained or damaged bedding or towels, as well as for any property damage.



Management intervention: Any dispute or change requiring management will incur an extra charge.
