The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is kept very clean, the rooms are fairly spacious, they serve a variety of tasty breakfast options, and there is a nice pool area. While the hotel might need some updating, it has good AC in the rooms, dependable electricity and good outlets, reliable hot and cold water and comfortable beds. "Worst hotel ever and first bad hotel at hotels.com, been customer for 50 + hotels in 6 + years. The room smelled so bad of mould and was like a coffinin smell/lack of light etc. We felt claustrofobic, my girlfriend and the staff said it smelled bad. Got a new room that wasnt much better and we checked out the next day at 10 AM, checked in the night before at 8/9 pm. The hotel didnt want to give my money back for the next 2 days and could only give me another bad room, the manager never tried to...

"The staff was amazing friendly attentive full of recommendations to look out for us. The food was delicious and reasonable especially for a resort. It is a little secluded which was excellent for us. The grounds are amazing and well maintained. Our room was squeaky clean. The only two items I wished they had were a TV and consistent hot water. Thank you for your very warm hospitality and an amazing property."
